About the Role

The Estimating (Offers) Engineer is responsible for the technical and economic preparation of EPC proposals for utility‑scale photovoltaic plants and BESS projects. The role bridges engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams, transforming conceptual and preliminary designs into robust, competitive, and executable EPC offers, with clear cost structure, assumptions, risks, and exclusions.
