The Position

• The Estate Officer is responsible for the maintenance of facilities and essential services of the University.

• The duties of the Estate Officer shall include the supervision of the following; University Bungalows, Roads, Installations, Utilities and Equipment.

• In the performance of these responsibilities, the Estate Officer shall liaise with appropriate University Consultants and other Officers of the University.
