Location: Surrey with regional travel
Salary: Circa £55,000 (DOE)

The Opportunity

We are working with one of the UK's most significant landowners to appoint an Estate Manager to support the management of a diverse rural portfolio across London and Surrey.

This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in shaping large-scale landholdings, combining commercial estate management with environmental ambition - delivering outcomes for nature recovery, sustainability, and long-term asset value.

You will manage agricultural estates, lead key tenant relationships, and contribute to landscape-scale projects that balance commercial, environmental and social outcomes.
