This individual will play a key role in ensuring the property and all systems are maintained to the highest standards, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. This is a hands-on role that combines vendor oversight with light maintenance and troubleshooting; it is not a purely administrative position.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, with flexibility based on household needs
• On-call every other weekend for urgent property matters
