We are seeking an experienced ESRI Developer with strong expertise in the ArcGIS platform. The role involves designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining geospatial applications. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance solutions aligned with business and project objectives.

Skills & Experience

Mandatory Requirements

• French language proficiency
• ESRI Certified Professional
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in ESRI/ArcGIS suite development
• Proven hands‑on experience in telecommunications projects, with a deep understanding of telecom data models for fiber, coax, and HFC networks.

Technical Skills

• Strong programming expertise in the ArcGIS platform, including:
  • ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and Portal for ArcGIS
  • ArcGIS JavaScript APIs and Web AppBuilder/Experience Builder
