Job Description Execute the esports strategy to grow the Free Fire competitive presence. Manage tournament operations, leagues, and major events end-to-end. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution. Oversee player onboarding and competition logistics. Monitor live operations and resolve issues in real time. Track performance metrics and provide post-event insights.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports/Esports Management. Experience in project coordination, operations, or event management.
