Job Description

Our client is a renowned company in the mobility and technology industry that is currently recruiting a Partner Support Specialist for the Lisbon area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent on-site support to partners;
  • Accompany new partners throughout the onboarding process, ensuring the correct use of the available tools;
  • Deliver informative presentations to new and existing partners;
  • Support the resolution of questions and issues (. payments or platform usage);
