The Lab specialist is responsible for customer satisfaction, quality certifications, quality related aspects of supplier and contract manufacturer relationship, training, quality audits, corrective and preventive action, development of a quality culture and drive continuous quality improvement within the manufacturing organization which also includes the laboratories.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the quality process operates in a safe and ethical way consistent with Chemours core values.Support or lead Process Safety Management (PSM) activities.Assist in dispositioning off-spec production/non-conforming product.Ensure product is released in a timely manner, including the follow-up of property release samples and or testing.Identify and implement solutions to manufacturing issues related to quality.Monitor raw material performance and fit for use as it relates to productivity.Support continuous improvement efforts.Interface directly with customers to support sample testing, complaints and e...
