Rangitoto College is seeking an enthusiastic, warm, and demanding teacher of New Zealand Curriculum (NZC) English in an ESOL context to join our highly successful and collegial department. Commencement is by negotiation for term 2 or 3, 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of the English Language Learning Progressions (ELLP)
• Experience teaching in the NZC
• Preparing students for NCEA English assessments
• Teaching in the IB Diploma Programme (English A or English B)
• Preparing students for any level of EL unit standards
• Course design for the secondary NZC English Learning Area
