on ESD and electrostatic charge control, including: investigating control strategies to reduce micro contamination and foreign matter on devices designing and executing DOEs across multiple tools with installed sensors for data acquisition analysing results to define optimal process parameters and deploying sensor based monitoring on equipment to support ESD risk assessment To strengthen the Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) awareness and knowledge within Back-End Manufacturing and Technology (BEMT) Sites and Electrical Wafer Sorting (EWS) by developing & conveying
