Job Description
The Escrow Verification Specialist supports the Centralized Escrow Accounting organization within the Enterprise Payment Verification Services team. This role is responsible for performing in-depth verification of Tier 2 escrow wire packages escalated by Escrow Review Specialists due to complexity, elevated risk, or the need for additional validation. The Escrow Verification Specialist applies advanced escrow knowledge and judgment to validate wire instructions, supporting documentation, and transaction details to ensure wires are accurate, compliant, and appropriate for release or further escalation.

Primary Responsibilities include:
• Conduct detailed verification of Tier 2 wire packages escalated by Escrow Review Specialists.
• Validate wire instructions, payee information, escrow documentation, and supporting materials for accuracy and legitimacy.
