Insight Global is looking for a Commercial Escrow/Title Assistant will provide high‑level support to a high‑volume commercial escrow desk, assisting with complex commercial real estate transactions from file opening through closing. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with a strictly commercial background who thrives in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment. This position will be on-site 5 days a week in Dallas, Texas.
Key Responsibilities
 • Support the Commercial Escrow Officer throughout the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions, from opening to close.
 • Prepare and review commercial closing statements and assist with settlement coordination.
 • Review, organize, and track title commitments, title requirements, and related commercial documentation.
 • Coordinate with internal teams, lenders, attorneys, and external stakeholders to ensure timely closings.
