'Minimum 4 years experience in Successfactors LMS and Compensation.Active certification is must in both LMS and Compensation modules.Minimum of 2 End to End implementation in LMS and Compensation.LMS : Minumum 2 End to End Implementation in LMS module. Accountable for day to day work and collaborate with Team members. Work idependently with minimal supervision. Should have experience in LMS Custom reports (Plateau Report Designer). Knowledge in XMl and HTML is essential. Compensation: Minumum 2 End to End Implementation in Compensation module. Standard and Custom compensation statements. NOTE:  Business days: Sunday to Thursday, Non Business days: Friday and Saturday SHIFT TIME:  10:30AM to 7:30PM IST
