Key Responsibilities
Assist in ERP system implementation, configuration, and ongoing support activities
Analyze, understand, and document business processes and user requirements
Provide first-level support to end-users, including basic ERP troubleshooting
Support data entry, validation, and reporting within the ERP system
Coordinate with functional and technical teams for system enhancements and improvements
Participate in training programs and continuous learning initiatives
