Purpose of Job
CrossCountry are looking for an ER Policy & Reward Partner to provide professional, timely and consistent employee relations, policy and reward support across the organisation, ensuring legally compliant and well-governed outcomes.
The role manages a caseload of ER matters, supports the maintenance of the people policy framework, and coordinates defined reward activity such as benchmarking, terms and conditions queries and job evaluation administration.
Principal Accountabilities
β’ Provide clear, practical advice to HR colleagues on policy, ER approach and relevant employment law considerations; escalate high-risk matters as appropriate.
