The Boeing Company is seeking an experienced **Equity Compensation Administration Specialist** to join their Total Rewards team and report directly to the Director, Executive Compensation Governance and Stock Administration. This role can be based in **Chicago, IL or Seattle, WA.**

The Equity Compensation Administration Specialist will manage, enhance, and deliver high-quality equity plan administration and participant services for our global employee population.
