Citi is looking for an Vice President to join its **Equity Capital Markets (ECM)** team in Australia. The ECM team works in partnership with the Advisory and Markets teams to advise public and private companies, entrepreneurs, and financial sponsors to originate, structure, execute, and syndicate equity financings such as initial public offerings, follow-on capital raisings, block trades, convertible bonds, buybacks, dividend reinvestment plans and other capital markets products. The overall objective of this role is to act as a strategic advisor to our clients by facilitating equity capital formation.
