We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Equipment Training Specialist to help build a safe, skilled, and high-performing team. In this role, you’ll take the lead in training and certifying Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operators while supporting the development of employees across key warehouse functions. * Train and certify employees on MHE equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, etc.)
* Lead hands-on training sessions, evaluations, and recertifications
* Track and manage training records to ensure all certifications stay current and compliant
* Conduct audits and maintain accurate training documentation
* Monitor performance on the floor and provide coaching to improve safety and efficiency
