Job Description

Dexter Construction Company is a large, diversified Construction Company engaged in all major aspects of the heavy civil construction industry within the Atlantic Provinces. We are currently looking for Equipment Operators to join our Operations for the 2026 season. These positions will be based out of NB, but may involve travel to other parts of the province as the need arises.

Job Summary:
Equipment Operators are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of highway and other paving operations.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ability to operate various equipment such as Rollers, Loaders, Excavators, Dozer, Backhoe and Grader’s
  • Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor;
  • Be aware of surroundings at all times;
  • Maintain a clean job site, and equipment in order to eliminate potential hazards;
  • Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedur...
