**Job Title:** Equipment Operator – Ash Flat (Batesville Transfer Station)

**Pay Range:** $22/hr. | Weekly Pay

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, occasional Saturday's | Start Time: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM | 10+ Hour Days

**Job Summary:**

Waste Connections is hiring an Equipment Operator for our Batesville Transfer Station in the Batesville, Arkansas area. This is a physically demanding position ideal for someone with hands-on experience operating a front-end loader. In this position, you will contribute to the safe and efficient operation of the transfer station.

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Back into the building to hook up to empty trailers, unhook the truck, and operate an excavator to move and mange solid waste at the transfer station
