・Manage schedule, quality, and safety for building equipment works (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
・Monitor equipment construction progress and report to clients
・Provide technical instructions and coordinate work with local subcontractors
・Review equipment drawings and check construction details
・Coordinate with construction project managers and design departments
・Manage local staff at the site
※ Domestic business trips may be required depending on projects
Job Requirement
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Conversational Level or above (able to give instructions and communicate for work)
・Experience: At least 5 years of experience in construction management at a construction company or equipment-related company
