What the role actually looks like

No two weeks are the same. Flight volumes range from a handful to fifteen depending on the season. Most of the active work happens outside standard business hours, early mornings, late nights and occasionally both. When it's busy, it's full on. When it's quiet, it's genuinely quiet.
