The EPM OneStream Developer/Business Data Analyst will be part of the Group Performance Measurement, Budgeting & Reporting Team in Lugano, contributing to the development and execution of integrated planning, reporting and performance review processes to facilitate value‑driven business decision‑making. In this role the resource will oversee the maintenance and development of the existing OneStream planning platform, support performance measurement activities through granular analysis of financial performance root causes, and provide insights on value‑creation levers.

The resource will also play an active role in supporting business development and providing value‑added decision support using data modelling and forecasting intelligence.
