Job Description
CTG is seeking an Epic Ambulatory and MyChart Support Analyst for a fully remote engagement.
In this role, you will provide ongoing Epic application support—including work tickets, service and change requests, and routine maintenance—allowing the client team to focus on key strategic initiatives.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide day-to-day support for Epic Ambulatory and MyChart applications
+ Manage and resolve work tickets, service and change requests
+ Triage, investigate, and resolve incoming incidents related to Epic Ambulatory and MyChart functionality, ensuring timely and accurate remediation
+ Escalate tickets to vendor and facilitate Sherlock tickets
+ Manage incidents and service requests in the ITSM system, ensuring SLAs and communication standards are met.
+ Perform routine system maintenance as requested
+ Create and maintain documentation, including responsibilities, “How-To” guides, and role-specific processes
