Job Description
CTG is seeking an experienced Epic Support Analyst with deep expertise in Grand Central, Prelude, and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) to support front-end revenue cycle operations. This role will focus on maintaining, optimizing, and supporting Epic applications that drive patient access, registration, scheduling, and eligibility workflows.
The ideal candidate will bring strong Epic system knowledge, hands-on support experience, and a solid understanding of how front-end workflows impact downstream Revenue Cycle performance.
