The Epic Ambulatory Analyst/Specialist is responsible for the implementation, optimization and support of the Epic Ambulatory module. This role ensures the system meets the clinical and operational needs of outpatient care settings, improves provider efficiency and enhances patient outcomes through streamlined workflows and integrated technology.

Key Responsibilities

• System Implementation & Configuration:
  • Configure Epic Ambulatory to support outpatient workflows including patient charting, documentation and order entry.
  • Build and maintain clinical templates, smart tools, order sets and protocols tailored to clinic needs.
  • Integrate Ambulatory with other Epic modules like Cadence (scheduling), Prelude (registration) and MyChart (patient portal).
