Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Manila PSG, including Contracts, Procurement, and Project Controls functions with coordination and integration into Perth PSG.
- Mentor and develop Manila PSG personnel through individual development programs and training.
- Plan, schedule, and allocate resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Align staff composition and skills with project requirements and strategic plans.
- Support business development activities by broadening Manila PSG functions.
- Collaborate with the General Manager - Manila and Group Manager - PSG to ensure project deliverables and standards are met.
- Implement and coordinate auditing of policies, procedures, and standards to improve service quality.
- Suggest methods to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
