Job Description

  • Technical Material Submittals review and approval for conformity with CEMP/LEED and project’s related contract specs.
  • Review the Environmental, Sustainability and LEED Construction Plans prepared by the Contractor, and monitor their site implementation and required monthly reports:
  • Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plan
  • Construction Waste Management Plan
  • Construction Material Procurement Strategy and LEED implementation plan
  • Construction Indoor Air Quality Plan
  • Review LEED relevant construction works method statements and shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications under LEED and environmental best practice.Review following updated LEED calculations:
  • Interior and Exterior Light Power Densities [LPD] calculations.
  • Regional Materials procurement costs
  • Recycled Content Materials procurement costs
  • Updated Thermal Calculations for the curtain walls and buildings envelop
