Main Purpose of Job

An Environmental Specialist III, NEPA and ECP Program
Manager, supports the Conservation Branch Chief, as the full performance level of work in the
development, maintenance, reporting and managing of Maryland Military Department (MMD)/
Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)
requirements and Environmental Condition of Property (ECP) requirements. Additionally, this
position will function as the primary POC for Natural Resources for MMD/MDARNG sites.

POSITION DUTIES

This position will function as the technical advisor to The Adjutant General of Maryland and the MDARNG in matters pertaining to environmental topics, and as a statewide project manager of NEPA and ECP at all MMD/MDARNG sites.
