**Role Overview**

**Sodexo** is seeking a polished **Environmental Services Custodial Operations Manager** to support the **Lincoln County School District in Toledo, Oregon** . This swing shift role requires a hands-on leader who resides within the county and can effectively oversee sanitation operations across 14 schools serving approximately 5,100 students in a large coastal district. The role is primarily Monday–Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekends and on-call support. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 40, utilize systems such as CMMS and Microsoft Excel, and build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, staff, and the community while driving accountability and service excellence.
