**Job Description:**

*With general direction, gathers, compiles, and analyzes data across a broad range of disciplines for purposes of conducting environmental impact assessments pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and/or the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
*Conducts basic to high-complexity analysis for CEQA and NEPA documents, other technical studies, and plans. *Reviews analysis conducted by junior staff or subconsultants and recommends improvements/changes as necessary.
*Performs or oversees field investigations, surveys, studies, or other research in order to compile and analyze data on environmental impacts of prospective land uses or development/infrastructure proposals.
