WSP is seeking an experienced **Environmental Client Service Leader** in the **Northern California (NorCal)** market to lead the development and execution of an environmental business strategy focused on growth, client service excellence, and market leadership. This role is central to expanding WSP’s presence in NorCal by increasing sales with existing clients and strategically broadening our client base.

The ideal candidate brings established relationships with SFPUC, SMUD, PG&E, Caltrans, and/or DWR, along with a broad environmental background spanning compliance, geotechnical, planning/permitting, natural and cultural resources, water, climate resilience, waste, and/or remediation. Experience working across multiple markets—power, water, state/municipal, federal, and industrial/commercial—is essential to success in this role.
