Ensure the application and monitoring of the Resort's hygiene policy.
Support and monitor the implementation of SOPs and specific new standards defined in our Resorts.
Ensure proactive communication with BU and Resort teams.
Act as an internal and external reference within the Resort.
Propose changes and implement feedback to improve protocols for future seasons.
Raise awareness of Club Med's actions among our customers and teams, and ensure that all our employees are involved in the Safe Together program.
