A client in the Cincinnati market is seeking a full-time Sales & Service Associate. We offer a dynamic, fast paced, and supportive work environment where both employees and customers come first. Duties and Responsibilities
• Handle customer service/sales calls supporting a nationally recognized brand
• Identify and recommend additional products to meet client needs through cross-selling and up-selling
• Consistently achieve or exceed established contact center performance metrics
• 10 to 12 weeks of comprehensive, paid training
• Compensation is salary-based with no incentives or commission structure
