Job Description
Mortgage Support Assistant Level I
The Mortgage Support Assistant provides essential administrative and customer support to Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, Closers, and Supervisory Staff. This role helps ensure that mortgage applications move smoothly through the process and that members receive timely, helpful assistance.
What You’ll Do
1. Support Daily Mortgage Operations
+ Welcome and assist members in person and over the phone.
+ Organize and track incoming mortgage applications.
+ Schedule pre‑qualification and loan application appointments.
+ Route calls and document member interactions.
+ Manage office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance.
+ Handle filing, copying, faxing, and preparing FedEx packages.
+ Sort and distribute incoming mail.
+ Prepare weekly production reports and support marketing material needs.
