Job Description
About the Role
As the Director of Enterprise sales, you’ll own enterprise new‑business outcomes for New Zealand, including pipeline generation, deal execution, and revenue growth across the Enterprise and Large Enterprise segments. You’ll directly manage high‑value or strategic opportunities while coaching and supporting Enterprise Sales Managers.
In This Role You Will
- Set clear expectations and priorities for the Enterprise Sales team, ensuring strong prospecting discipline, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy.
- Demonstrate effective value‑based and consultative selling techniques.
- Partner closely with Marketing to align campaigns, target accounts, and go‑to‑market activity with enterprise sales priorities.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Enterprise Account Management, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to ensure seamless handover, strong customer experience, and long‑term value creation.
