Enterprise Risk Incident Manager

The Enterprise Risk Incident Manager is responsible for overseeing operational risk management activities across the organization. This role focuses on identifying, assessing, investigating, and monitoring operational and technology risk incidents while ensuring that controls, action plans, and risk management practices are effectively implemented.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Operational Risk Management (ORM) framework, policies, and guidelines
• Assist in reviewing and updating Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) policies and processes
• Lead and oversee operational risk assessment activities across the organization
• Manage ORM tools such as Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Project Risk Assessment (PRA), Incident Management, and Issue & Action Management
