We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to strengthen the organization’s risk framework. The role involves driving risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting processes while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and deep expertise in risk frameworks.

Duties and responsibilities
Drive the next phase of the implementation and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management framework in line with COSO principles
Develop, monitor, and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Early Warning Indicators (EWIs) to proactively identify emerging risks
Engage with risk owners across business units to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
Track risk mitigation plans and ensure timely follow-ups and closure of action items
