Your role and responsibilities

• Manage the payments and collections portfolio, ensuring compliance with established deadlines;
• Monitor and enter data into property management systems, following standardized processes;
• Update internal controls and tracking spreadsheets;
• Work in partnership with internal teams to resolve operational and administrative issues.
