Job Description
Bright Star is looking for a Service Assurance Lead to manage critical incidents across Asia-Pacific and EMEA. This role involves leading major incident responses, conducting root cause analysis, and serving as the operational authority during high-priority incidents.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in IT operations and a deep understanding of enterprise networks. You will work collaboratively in a global environment dedicated to service excellence.
The position offers a salary range of 135,000 - 155,000 SGD per year and requires valid working rights in Singapore or Australia.
