Key Responsibilities

Technical Design & Platform Transformation

• Lead architecture and technical design initiatives supporting the evolution from a product-centric to a customer-centric Hospitality Platform.
• Drive strategic initiatives around:
• Cross-business data and event sharing
• Data model standardization and productization
• End-to-end observability
• User analytics and behavioral insights
• Third-party integrations and connectivity models

Architecture Leadership

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Program teams to define and deliver platform strategies.
