Job Description
Location: This role can be based across Europe in either the UK, Spain, Portugal, Benelux or Germany. The Enterprise Applications Support Analyst delivers technical support for business-critical applications, ensuring their stability, performance, and seamless user experience. Serving as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, they translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. This is a global remote position, with occasional travel as required.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting application issues, monitoring system performance, and contributing to knowledge management and documentation. The primary support focus will be Oracle Fusion, though will have some exposure to other applications such as Fresh service or JIRA.
