**Salary**

$ 14.50p/h

**Qualifications**

+ 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems OR 1+ years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
+ Proven intermediate Windows PC navigation proficiency or higher and ability to navigate in multiple systems
+ Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency

**Schedule**

+ Available to work (40 hours/week) Monday- Friday. Flexible to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am to 6:00pm)
+ Must be available to work New Year's Day (no exceptions)

**Training**

9 weeks of training - no PTO allowed during this time

**Pay Details:** $14.50 per hour
