**Description**

**Enhancements Crew Member**

This position will be part of the installation team that delivers a high-quality job on time. Landscape Installation crew members are individuals who provide services such as: landscape installation, grading, hardscape installation, clearing, tree cutting and pruning.

**Essential Functions & Responsibilities:**

+ Running equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.…)
+ Carries out specific landscape enhancement functions on the job site.
+ Stores, transports, mixes and applies chemicals in accordance with the law.
+ Follows instructions and plans with the Crew Leader and Operations Manager.
+ Assists in loading and unloading equipment, tools, and supplies on truck.
+ Performs all job-related tasks safely and efficiently and uses all tools and equipment in accordance with company safety policy.
