• Manage accounting and administrative operations
• Handle accounts receivable processes and follow-ups

• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
• Contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency
Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• A good working knowledge of QuickBooks, the software used in Canada.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and organized manner
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
