Monitor: You will run fun and educational activities in schools and/or camps across Catalonia, leading games and activities entirely in English and bringing energy and motivation to children and teenagers mainly aged 6 to 18 (a few times 3 to 5). All activities and materials are ready to go, and you’ll need to know the plan in detail so you can deliver each activity in the best and most engaging way, adapting to your groups’ needs.

Coordinator: You will lead the team, managing the monitors and overseeing all on-site logistics for the project. Although all activities and materials are planned and prepared in advance, you will be responsible for ensuring everything is set up and runs smoothly. This role also requires acting as the on-site link between the Casa de Colònies, students, monitors, and Fundesplai’s office, ensuring clear communication and successful project execution.
