Job Overview

The CPU design team delivers high‑performance cores used in data centres, mobile phones, laptops, industrial, robotics and automotive. We need a dynamic, enthusiastic and reliable Engineering Technician to join this team in Cambridge.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Modify consumer platforms to enable power measurements.
• Build test systems for power measurements.
• Plan and schedule future testing.
• Manage test equipment and calibration with the Lab Management team.
• Maintain routine test system upkeep.
• Assemble electronic, electrical and electro‑mechanical test components.
• Support ESD policy and COSHH procedures.
• Occasionally assist in board manufacturing modifications and testing.

Essential Technical Experience

• Excellent soldering and PCB rework skills, especially SMT.
