Job Description
Technical Assistant
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Time: 9am to 6pm
- Working Location: Balestier Road
- Salary: $2800 - $3000
- Min ITE
- Min 2 years experience in handling building authority submission
- Familiar with submission portal (Corenet 2.0). Knowledge or prior experience in Corenet X is a plus
- Knowledge in authority requirement from various departments, such as URA, BCA, LTA, NParks, NEA and PUB
- Proficient in AutoCAD, knowledge or prior experience in Autodesk Revit is a plus
- Communicate and liaise with project handler, authority officer and other stakeholders to follow up and resolve authority comments and written directions
- Manage and maintain project status and project timeline to ensure delivery of project as scheduled
