About Our Group We are a dynamic process team to provide sputter engineering support to hard disk media production with the objective of ensuring compliance and conformance to process procedures About The Role - You Will Provide engineering support to production line by ensuring process flow, specification, procedure and documentation Monitor any variables within the process and make the adjustments when required Quick and effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of routine or minor problems Perform process buy-off after equipment preventive maintenance or breaks down Document routine manufacturing processes and report data for shift duty pass-down Conduct or assist the process engineer in carrying out experiments with the objectives of process improvement Continuous improvement on OEE Training and certification for MS and new EA personnel Assist in Audit preparation
