About the Role

As an Engineering Services Coordinator, you will often serve as the first official point-of-contact for new and repeat clients. Your primary responsibilities include proposal preparation and internal record keeping. You will read and digest RFPs, assist managers in responding accurately, and manage the entire proposal lifecycle. This hybrid position is based at our Woodbridge, ON office.

Duties and Responsibilities

Internal Support:

• Preparing recurring proposals for condominium reserve fund study updates and unique proposals for engineering services opportunities;
• Assisting with report preparation, meeting minutes, presentation creation, and research activities;
• Responding to requests for proposals from various public and private sector entities across Canada;
